NDG created a new brand to represent the CLVEC based on the concept of the river Shannon that flows through the heart of Limerick City which has had to adapt to an ever changing environment. The river depicts several layers which are representative of the wide range of educational opportunities and support services for people of all ages irrespective of class, creed or cultural background ensuring that learning is central to the development of the city.
